The Father Effect Power, Privilege and Responsibility

On Nov.2, 2019 a forum for dads was held at the Lawrence Community Center. My purpose for the forum was to inspire and talk with dads who wished to strengthen their relationships with their sons and daughters, and learn tools that strengthen those relationships. The dads left with an understanding of their importance in the family and how this affects a child's development. They learned about the issues that interfere with parenting , co-parenting and recovery. They also learned tools to take care of their mental health.
